對環湖道路的印象就是山間存在高低起伏的賽道,預計會跑的吃力,再加上最近一年的最長距離25K跑完已筋疲力盡,這次將近30K的距離是否能全程跑完充滿未知數,但希望能跑進目標配速5:30,好天氣讓環湖風景更加美不勝收,但還是要把注意力放在身體狀況上,跑完1K是1K的原則,盡量留些氣力到後面路程,沿途都進站補給,還第一次吃到茶葉蛋補給,能量倍感增加,26K前勉強可掌握狀況,最後3K隧道前的長上坡左小腿出現快抽筋的警訊,只能以瀕臨抽筋的狀態全力向前,出隧道口後看見終點拱門,下坡段再稍微加速,按錶,抽筋沒發作,配速達標,賽道距離也剛好是大會的29K,分毫不差。
