| 2017Merrell 日月潭環湖全馬陪跑賽!
因為阿甘哥報了這場賽事,而我也沒踏過環湖路線,臨時起意來陪甘哥完成這場賽事自訓兼賺照片ψ(`∇´)ψ;起跑看到許多上週大雪山的熟面孔,我背著水袋自備補給,無關勝敗沒壓力的陪甘哥跑跑,順便充當攝影師~
陪跑的優勢就是想跑多少、想休息都很隨性,原本半途考慮環湖29K就好,因為路線Level 還蠻高的,不過甘哥說既然來了就挑戰看看吧!這一挑戰看看,全馬多跑的路線卻是整場最硬的地方,害我也不禁當了步兵,最後2K也抽筋了(>﹏<),因為回終點後還繼續補不足的500M,最後雖沒破PB,但保4完跑,以訓練的角度來看還算滿意囉^_^
話說回想前幾馬(全馬)都是山路馬或爬坡馬耶,下次報場平路馬測試一下PB~呵呵!
