| 帶著鎮西堡後的傷來到日月潭
心想做好隨時準備坐車的打算
整路左膝外側都在隱隱的作痛
還好有帶著止痛藥來鎮壓ㄧ下
還是有會點痛感但沒爆發出來
到32k之後就開始了跑走模式
很幸運的撐回終點完成了比賽
今天腳的狀況跑出這樣的成績
自己覺得非常非常的滿意
