| 石岡馬期待很久了,這是我的第三馬,上一場5小時多,這場期望自已能達標,破4。
配速為前3公里慢,後面上坡pace 7,下坡和平路pace 5
前21K,有按計畫進行,一度超越4小時領跑員,但是,後來體力不濟,27K後,降到pace 5.5,31K後速度無法維持,甚至快抽筋,連停下來用走的肌肉都在抖,最後,啟動上坡走,平路下坡跑的方法回到終點。當體力不濟時,開始後悔為什麼要衝PB XD 看到好吃的補給都不能吃,後來因為跑不下去,最後一個西瓜站,吃了4片,補先前沒吃的,哈哈。這次沒辨法破四,只好下次再努力了。 賽前宣言: go 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 114~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~156 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 156~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~171 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 171~176 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為176 點此去設定最大心率 |
