跑馬百日維新day15
今天參加台南市早起鳥路跑協會舉辦的2017阿勃勒馬拉松試跑,清晨五時路線有跑友抵達起跑點,在一番的寒暄後,六時準時從虎頭埤後門出發,沿著五甲勢、知義營區、木架山、關廟新光彩繪村等地方跑旅,這裡是我平時自訓的地方,再熟悉不過了,10點過後艷陽高照,真是熱啊,只好走走跑跑,最後也完成這次的試跑,真的開心餒,謝謝你們,陳會長還有早起鳥路跑協會的志工,感恩哦😄😄😄
