週三是老爺和中正慢跑團跑亞索800的日子,想到要跑就很懶、很累,最後還是決定放棄不跟~
自己混在最外圈戴著耳機,聽著音樂輕鬆的跑著,突然中正的蔡教授跑到旁邊跟著跑,二人就愈跑愈快,蔡敎授跟我跑幾圈後就進到內圈和他們跑亞索,而我就在外圈混到老爺練完12趟亞索800~
上一場彰化馬,24k折返時,老爺只差了我500m,會不會本週日的北港馬前半馬就被輾過呀!
