前陣子左腳小腿骨,右腳腳踝都在鬧脾氣,所以最近很少跑了,今天本來想退賽不去跑了,但還是報著姑且一試的心態來跑看看,好冷的天ㄚ,起跑就站第一排嚐試一下,一開跑大家就都開3分半,跟的好累,後來就用生命把他給跑完了,成績竟然也沒有退步太多
