水站太少、天氣太熱、配速不對加上訓練量不夠,造成今天跑得很辛苦...不過跑42k真的好累...訓練的里程還要再增加才可,否則就不適合跑全馬了...
賽後評分: 水站是最基本的...像我們這種跑4.5小時的...回程都只看到空箱子...超傻眼的...一直到最後兩站37及39公里才有水...可是身體已經虛脫了...即使明年保證改進,相信我也沒有勇氣報名參加...香焦、巧克力及餅乾也是全馬必備的食物...如果連這些基本的都不知道...就不要自稱是新北市路跑協會也不要辦活動...只是丟人現眼而已...
