肚子吃了太多東西,一開始不是很順,不過跑超過5公里後就開始順多了,越後面速度還越快,不過跑21公里這種速度還可以撐到最後,如果42公里就沒辦法了,看來以後平常練習要15至21公里,但每週可能要跑一次30公里以上的長距離才可...
