被小孩傳染感冒,加上天氣因素讓我休了將近2週,警覺這樣不行,趁著20日好天氣小跑一下,接著22號好天氣趕緊去練跑。今天的地點是成盧橋,沿著微風公園跑兩圈當熱身,狀況還可以,接著跑向八里左岸,今天雖然陽光普照,但是風吹在身上還是有點冷冽,太久沒跑了,雙腿還是重重的,跑到13行博物館後準備回航,大約在22公里時,大腿有點快抽筋的感覺,為了能順利回家,只好啟動跑走模式,一路跑跑走走停停,這是第一次體驗這樣的狀況,真的太久沒跑了,身體的機能逐漸退步,最後跑完是33公里,是準備櫻花馬來最遠的距離,雖然我知道還不夠,但只剩下2週就要比賽了,也不宜跑太多,只求當天能順利完賽了。
回家後,兩邊大腿還是不爭氣地抽筋了,真的很痛,很痛,這也是第一次跑步跑到抽筋,感覺還蠻可怕的。剩下幾天盡量維持體能,但又不能跑太多。
