| 2019 New Taipei City Wulai Canyon Marathon
當天清晨搭乘大會接駁車,大約04:30抵達烏來會場,下車之後就有熱心的志工引導。大會安排出發順序為半馬(06:00)然後再全馬(06:20),這跟一般賽事安排不同,目的是分流兩群跑者。
起跑後約10km處左右聽到遠處歡呼加油聲不斷,一看原來是會先經過終點區(勇士廣場),但之後的路段當然少不了上下坡,過第2折返點後熱情的太陽也來湊熱鬧,來到37km小腿一度抽筋,到一旁拉拉筋舒緩一下平安回終點。
空氣好、風景美,補給有烤山豬肉~終點還有免費啤酒、冰棒喔~,很值得推薦的賽事。

1.全程要自帶杯子,大會有送軟式折疊杯。2.烏俠馬成績4:50分。
