台中胡忠延 本來想來雪去年跑不好之恥,沒想到跑到19K時,發現路線和去年不一樣,越跑越偏僻,心想原來邵老師說的輕越野就在這裡,這段路雖然短短2K,其實滿折磨我的雙腳,一方面穿Y拖腳底板會痛,二方面又怕滑倒,接下來又有階梯,頓時好像不是馬拉松而是爬山,老實說心裡罵歸罵還滿刺激新鮮的,出了21K之後,又爬另一段山坡,真的比去年還硬,克服這段就回到原路線回程,一直到37K又是連續2K往內洞裡的石子步道,只能再次放慢速度求自己不要跌倒,到40K準備進入烏來老街又遇到一堆觀光客人群,也不太敢衝,就這樣順順的回終點。
