團練總是充滿驚奇^^
里程數永遠讓你意想不到,
這個里程我很喜歡^^
今天凌晨3:30先和大隊長去安平魚市採買一些海鮮,
再回家補眠.
下午2點開始起跑,
一開始由我帶領5K,
之後我當攝影組練間歇跑5K.
之後再回去當領跑,但是很累,
前面當攝影組操得好累,
大約22K時,還在四草大橋看人釣上石斑@@
然後就開始慢慢跑完終點,
終點前2K多就開始和宏哥互尬,
風超大超冷><
簡直互相逼死自己.....
跑後就瘋狂吃海產,
我吃了20多隻蝦子^^
