1.發懶1個禮拜多,今早在跟睡蟲拔河下....我贏了
2.到集合地跟跑友&會長哈拉一下後出發
3.去程大家都慢慢跑(是配合我嗎??),還有划龍舟隊伍幫我們喊加油(振奮),重點是居然有2位正咩騎U-BIKE迎面騎來(活力滿百),而且雖說天亮的早,但有風....反正就是跑很爽
4.回程略加速,喘......但值得,希望能持續
