20160228第10屆東京馬
上次跑全馬是去年228,剛好一年沒跑過全馬了耶!加上從去年受傷後就沒在練了,最近幾個月的月跑量不超過20K。所以賽前就設定6小時跑完就好,事實證明我這個選擇是對的。
過了22k兩隻大腿就瀕臨抽筋,果然現在的肌力只夠撐半馬,趕緊緩和加上散步,硬撐著不讓抽筋發生,於是後半馬也只能跑跑走走,剛好可以好好的玩,一路吃私補吃到好撐,反正後段班的官方補給已經快沒了,更可以大膽的吃。
最後比預定的時間早了10分鐘回來,應該多走一下的,反正離各關門點都還有半小時的扣達。
完跑後給的東西蠻多的,運動飲料,水,香蕉,能量棒,包餡三明治,撒隆巴斯噴劑,進去展館後還可以領啤酒,番茄,滿滿的一袋,還跑去泡足湯。
累了,我現在只想喝熱湯!!!!!
