二周前拉傷左大腿,過一個星期後再拉一次.....
帶傷上場,本來想慢慢跑就好。起跑後,感覺好像腳的狀況還好,於是以目標330的速度跑下去!
沒想到,才到9K左右,左腳開始受不了,不知道是要抽筋,還是拉傷的痛,降速至5:30才稍微可以撐下去!
到後半馬,確認是拉傷的痛感,就維持速度跑回來。
