跑馬百日維新運動day53
今早跑阿勃勒馬拉松,去年跑時大雨滂沱,今年卻是豔陽高照,十足的熱到爆錶,是入夏來最熱的一天。
今天的路線也做了調整,從虎頭埤後門出發就沿著信義路、台19甲,南168公路,再轉往二寮觀日亭,再沿原路折返至南168公路,再往太祖媽方向、九層嶺花園、36崙再回虎頭埤後門,沿途上上下下,沒有風,烈陽高照,補給站的冰塊融化的速度比我喝水還要快餒,由於天氣實在太熱,也不敢太玩,只好趕快回終點,42km,讓我跑得粉累人餒。
