| 我的第二個全馬,第一個平地馬,今年三月初馬以5小時完賽,本想應可以在5小時完賽,誰知太陽公公實在太熱情惹,加上20K以後完全沒遮蔭,很快就爆掉了,30K以後更完全沒有懸念,直接啟動步兵模式,一路到終點
因為實在太熱,原本6個半小時關門,主辦單位還因而延後半個小時,總算是順利完賽了,真的不要小看平地馬
跑完得到二個結論,第一 : 迪恩比我強,第二 : 平時練的距離不夠遠不要隨便報全馬
