昨天雖然沒下雨但不想跑,自動休一天讓雙腳喘口氣也好。今天的天氣也不錯,溫度有點回升穿長袖跑到一半都覺得有點熱了。跑了4圈半覺得當時的速度對身體有些負荷,右小腿也感覺有點痠就停下來喘口氣、拉短袖子。果然再度起跑稍微分配一下施力就順暢多了! 之後的速度也稍稍快一些但身體反而覺得輕鬆許多,LAST開4"04。明天跑完就休息等比賽囉~
