選手之夜摸彩品。幸運的我得到了羅東鎮長抽出的第一個獎,真是太高興了,18日的百k就帶著它跑了
這次百k賽道都是平路,前60k以每10k一小時的速度跑,心裡盤算應該可以在10:30內完賽,想不到過沒多久左腳膝蓋開始不舒服,跟上半年右腳同症頭~髂脛束磨擦症候~哇~慘了這症頭讓你無法再跑,非得停下來走一走,後面40km就在走走跑跑之下以將近6小時完成
