繼墾丁馬之後休息一日,大腿還有點酸,膝蓋的不適稍減弱,今天給自己訂定14公里不間斷的耐力訓練,用較緩慢的速度來調整自己身體的狀況,前半段雙腳無力感提腿頗為吃力,後半段肌肉適應後,步頻和呼吸越來越順暢,一路維持均速跑完今天的訓練進度。
