前天的疲累到了昨晚上樓洗澡時居然還留存著沒消除,兩條大腿膝蓋周邊肌肉有點酸軟,早上起床後雖然感到已有緩解,但是仍有疑慮,想著是否慢跑一天,不過跑到到校前過半後,決定拚一下,於是再放慢腳步暖身調整,到田徑場後開始加速,不錯,肌肉一點都沒有不適感出現,終於跑出今年第一次5分內的成績。
