因為忘記跑了幾圈,就繼續跑....不知不覺就多跑了2.5公里....
今天的身體狀況很不錯,膕肌肌腱炎已經好了90%,
阿基里斯腱炎老早就痊癒了,然後今天天氣也不錯,跑起來不會很熱,也因為這樣所以400c.c的水也算綽綽有餘,然後今天第二次吃士力架,已經駕輕就熟,沒有被噎到了XDDDDD
為了週日的初半馬,要把身體調整到100%的狀態!:)
