雖然昨天跨年晚睡,但今天沒事,就在起床後出門去跑,不想在路上跑給人指點,就直接把車開到中科大側門,然後進到田徑場開始跑。跑前體重仍超過70公斤,反正時間多,所以拉長了距離,想說跑完就好,沒想到配速在不知不覺中一直加快,後半段居然比前半快好多,除了腳底有點凍僵,肌肉也不會感到疲累,低溫中的練跑就有這個好處---跑不累啊!
