昨天跑完後,阿彪說要爬文山步道,一出發就是連續的上坡,然後又上下切,是一條不輕鬆的步道,因有阿彪的三哥同行,恰好膝部出了一點問題,所以並沒有向吧哩國山而去,直接下山,因時間尚早,又去九芎湖逛攤市,結果好多人,走了一圈回家,腿好酸,不到7點早早就寢,今早準時起床,在充分休息下,所有的疲累都恢復了,冬天真好。
