回來整理數據發現頭尾的E和M完全match,
跑休400的配速大約是6分出頭,
感覺上還算可以調整節奏,
在吃I的時後不敢硬撐怕最後的M吃不完,
而把E和M的距離相互+-1是希望多撐一些M
