跑馬百日維新day12---台灣科技馬拉松
這是長榮大學第一次主辦馬拉松賽事,沒有路跑社團的參與和協助,完全由長大和電腦公會悶著頭辦理,的確有很多地方值得改進。
已經進入夏季天候,降溫的措施絕不能少,水站的水、鹽和運動飲料也要足夠,其他的就不強求了,但願下回能改進咩^^
