跑到 19k右膝外側就劇痛不能彎曲
加上小腿與腳掌都不斷抽筋
全程幾乎只能步行
為了不被關門,只能腳伸直學企鵝小碎步跑
但跑沒幾公尺,膝蓋又開始疼痛
