龜龜、傑哥、哇噠係每人輪流帶五圈,第二輪剛開始龜龜就帶到98秒了(還落後兩步),倒數第三圈已經跟不上跑到102了,龜龜回頭打氣才又勉強撐完...最後兩圈非常意外的都有95秒,龜龜70秒來著...
本週跟上週均速是一樣的,但感覺差超多的啦,上週前面都是100~102,最後五圈加點速度還算可以,感覺還能再跑個3~5K,今天前面都是98、99的,25圈後明顯感覺疲態,小腿也稍微緊起來,後面完完全全硬撐,跑完35圈超想躺在地上的,快個2秒差好多QQ
