台中活力美少女小渝 第二馬花現龍井路跑!
賽前目標是4:15~4:20,所以前面就配6'00"~6'10",其實心率跟身體感覺都OK,但是10~20K繞到海邊的火力發電廠,海風很強而且空氣很差還有味道,很快掉到6'30"去了...
起跑溫度19度C是錯覺,20K後開始曬人乾,幸好那時候順風,還能把速度維持在預計範圍,可是...這段是沒有遮蔽物的河堤啊!等一下還要折返回來。
30K折返後果然變成大逆風,我身高完全劣勢,逆風根本跑不快,只能在6'30"~6'45"之間掙扎--可是掐指一算,前面跑夠快,後面跑七分速都能破PB耶!於是目標就從4:20內變成破PB就好,反正我沒上坡怎麼可能無緣無故七分速啊~
聽前輩說40K有陸橋,我覺得還好而已,沒什麼坡度,順順跑就上去又下來了,之後遠遠就看到拱門了,4:27:03成功完賽!
小破PB三分多鐘,但小破也是破,下次再繼續進步!我現在要加強的是肌力,因為全程其實心跳OK也不喘,沒撞牆,後面也沒特別的煎熬感。
女丁組實力相差懸殊,這次人數跟二水馬差不多,結果上次分一,這次分五。主辦單位頒到八名,結果第八名5:40才回來,等了好久才拿到獎盃。
