要命的第七馬…超辛苦!
心得:賽前別鐵齒,早餐千萬別吃沒吃過的東西...奶油---我討厭你!
起跑沒多久就肚子不舒服,撐到七公里多終於有廟可以讓我解決一下…OMG.可能是早晨不小心吃到小叮噹銅鑼燒的奶油…讓我拉到快虛脫……起跑前又忘了吃能量凍飲整個沒體力,到了10k左右又想拉了(差點被心魔打敗叫救護車送我回會場),之後怕一路一直想拉肚子,好餓又不太敢吃補給…………就這樣慢慢暈回終點…@@, 好不容易過了30k, 肚子沒有不舒服了,但髖骨狀況又不太好,右鼠蹊也越來越痛,剩三公里左右,看到有冰涼啤酒,不管三七二十一先喝了補點熱量再說,果真後面還可以免強拉一點速回終點……好累!
