好久沒來健身室. 很強的練習 ^_^
Hadn't been to the gym in far too long, but felt great to be lifting some weights again! And after a 5-day intermission with no exercise at all, it's time for heavier practice again. The next 3 weeks are 10k - 21k - 10k races and I want a new PB for both distances. :)
* 20 mins Bike 自行車 Warmup (8K)
* Lifting Weights 重訓 (1,5 hour)
