終於不用補考了!開始放暑假了~先休息一陣子再開始吃課表準備年底新竹馬吧(假設有的話)

當初就是選這場當做高雄馬的備案,所以前一週就不停的看天氣預報,幸好老天賞臉,這星期天沒有高雄馬那麼熱情XD
有鑒於高雄馬後面爆掉再加上休了快兩週還是覺得身體沒有完全恢復,於是這次一開始就很保守,儘量將心跳數維持在145附近,並且每個水站都進去晃一晃休息一下。事後觀察紀錄,發現前30K的配速還真的幾乎是一模一樣啊!如果第四個10K也這麼完美就好了...... 看到第15K標示牌時有傻眼了一下,因為這時候錶已經顯示為16K多了!該不會多放送1K呢?就這樣一路懷著不安的心一直到26K進入鬼打牆的防風林還是多一K,直到繞出來後要回去時才比較確定大概剩10K左右吧!(因為那個位置也是一開始大概10K左右的位置)只是想不到這最後的10K才是最要命的啊!兩個小腿大概在最後4K開始不停的小抽筋,腦中開始算要多少配速才能趕的及430回去,最後剩1分鐘多時乾脆不看錶了,就盡力跑吧! 等到聽到墊子感應到晶片發出逼的聲音後按下手錶。"4'29'59" 哈哈! 終於可以放暑假了,從去年5月開始亂吃課表,不認真的練習還是有點收獲了!
賽後評分: 路線標示有問題,前面25k的牌子跟實際里程差1公里,後面就要等到剩4k時才又出現。聽說還有前導車帶錯路?除此外其他都很不錯
