| 賽前老早就擬定高標3:20低標一定要破3:33魔咒,前半程感謝志銘領跑達標1:38,但後半太陽出來,自己在25K時,左小腿開始有抽筋的fu,立馬降速變換跑姿,避免大抽定桿,每逢水站即停下喝水及飲料,最後靠毅志力,以3:28完賽!突破連3場全馬3:33魔咒,並小破個人PB!
