4K膝蓋感覺開始有點痛,放慢了一些速度,心底祈禱著可別又像上次高樹密一樣出狀況。過了6K後痛感不見了,也不敢再加速太多,心裡想今天只跑半馬,只要順順的5分速應該可以保住。過終點還好一切順利沒出狀況,雖然里程數不足少了~300m,算算時間有保住5,老天保佑.
