| 原本是陰天的好天氣,誰知後半馬開始變天了!天氣變熱後策略改變"一路埰用慢跑模式"因為我遇熱就不想跑,真ㄉ粉想棄賽說!最後採用每站都去沖一下冷卻一下身體!到了鳳34順便去商店買冰涼ㄉ蠻牛補充一下!哈哈哈.....不要虐待自己!
