失敗的期末考...
原先目標325,一開始在市區繞的時候太high了,加上體感也不錯,導致一直超過原計劃配速,到了河濱速度才穩在4:50,前半馬剛好花了100分鍾,過了30k心率開始越來越疲憊,到了32k兩隻大腿甚至有抽筋的fu,之後就開啟跑走模式,快抽筋時就停下來按摩,36k過了榮濱路被330配速列車追上,死命跟了3k就目送列車離開...跑跑走走到最後1.5k看了時間發現再不跑連330都沒有,開始燃燒小宇宙全力的跑,即使雙腳頻頻發出抗議,心臟快從嘴裏跳了出來。終於在轉過最後的彎看到終點,大會計時牌顯示3:29:XX,終於壓在最後的10秒抵達,抵達終點的瞬間真的有種快升天的感覺。
雖然沒有達成預期目標,但總算是解了330的成就,下個賽季繼續努力。
