| 台中葫蘆墩馬拉松,遇到很棒的天氣,跑到40k日頭才微徽露臉,今天依照賽前想法,前30k均速610,後12K均速700以內,終於達成設定目標。
這次賽事前半馬葫蘆跑了兩個公園及台中花博,路線設計了三座階梯橋,跑到該該叫,還是馬路討喜多了,跑著跑著终於來到30K,加上腳也開始作怪、不受控,就開始進補給站,吃飽吃滿,這12K又讓我反省,沒事幹嘛報全馬,太虐心了啦!
進終點遇到當志工的P妹,在馬場巧遇朋友,令人感動阿~
今天的全馬,00姐健康安好完賽、芬姐跑進5小時大破Pb、娟姐破Pb、而我也達成賽前目標430破Pb,一整個好開心呀~~
Ps:今天是第一次Y拖全馬,感覺不錯喔!
