這場是我跑過最硬的一場比賽(比鎮西堡還硬),從頭爬到尾(起點1116M 終點3089M),45.6K總爬升2325M,而且幾乎沒有柏油路面,以我現在的能力幾乎沒辦法跑,只能慢慢的走!可是變態的歪果人竟然可以跑進四小時內~
由於最近練跑也少,跑21K之後就開始抽筋,而且還出現失溫現象,只好坐在地上休息一陣子,然後每個補給站都吃,才慢慢恢復可以走的情形!
通過全馬的終點時,實在很想轉進去!因為想到後面的3.4K竟然要爬升500多公尺,這段路很美,但我走得很痛苦~只好邊走邊拍照邊休息~
