今天的訓練使用了髕骨帶,不料到10k左右,右腳膝外側仍感覺疼痛,不過沒上次嚴重,至少還能跑,好似有用還是有差。但回到家後,兩腿開始不舒服了,小腿肌好酸,兩膝膝蓋都疼,走路姿勢整個"走經"...
