分組五個取一個~(死亡之組)
今天配速5:21(目標5:20)沒達成……
後段又降到快5:40……果然肌力不足😅
但是我整路很順沒有抽筋的狀況~
到第二折返又再點人頭~分組有望😘😘
穩穩配5:25想說回終點。
到38K遇同組我超他車~他又超我車~
只好跟他到最後1K我又再次超他車😤😤
超過後他又拉出來~這時我也啟動~
跑到跟他同齊進~結果他說你開走吧~
沒力氣😥😥~
最後500公尺拉個速度~終點再超一個~
第17馬達成(拿到42K 全馬分組盃盃)
果真是佛心賽事~
