今年的第一個全馬!
選擇貢丸吃到飽&全平路賽事!
去年田中馬後就休息將近5個月!
腳傷也漸漸受到控制沒那麼痛!
今年5月開始調整還有天天到泳池拉筋伸展!
9月傑人杯接力賽開始短距離速度調整!
10月東石半馬&西螺半馬&11月太魯閣半馬調整!
半馬都保持在81分上下!當時目標訂在250高標!
誰知12月天氣冷後肌肉緊繃症開始上身!
跑量驟減的情況下所以把目標訂在3小時內!
起跑前跟凱華&輕鬆哥共同加油打氣!
起跑後凱哥以4分速領跑,我跟洧騰&富哥共同推進!
富哥一邊跑一邊分享路跑經驗!真的太猛了!
我們應該是全馬第三集團!第一集團是日本人&黑人!
前半馬霧茫茫一片!視野大概10~20公尺!
宛如置身仙境!
後半馬太陽出來後霧氣才開了!集團也開始產生變化!
凱華後段開始加速!
想跟上但肌耐力明顯不足!感覺有點硬!
只有富哥跟上!我則選擇跟上洧騰&政宏這台車!
賽程來到最後賽段!第二集團陸續有人落隊!
我跟洧騰以415上下順順推進!
感謝凱哥富哥陪跑&洧騰拉我回來!
還有為我加油跑友及志工辛苦的付出!
里程41.7K不足500公尺!預估全馬253~254完賽!
給自己100分!堅持是很不容易的!
