| 5年前跑北港馬在6月,天氣很熱,還有河堤的碎石路面不好跑。這次天冷跑起來舒服,因要連日馬不敢太躁進加速,盡可能跑在5分半速左右。
21K 折返後,天氣也逐漸熱起來。還好30K有海尼根冰啤酒,一罐喝下去就是爽~其餘補站都補半截香蕉,18K飛虎的補站太湃派還真的一時不知道吃什麽。
35K後雖然逐漸熱起來,但只要hold住6分速內應該可以在4小時內完賽,河堤已成舖柏油的自行車道,路面好跑許多,最後1K的朝天宮前紅地毯大道最好跑,加速衝回終點。
