山路50K真不是我目前可以玩的,跟上次的平路50K差了個10萬8千里阿,雖是抱著練跑心態,但回程上坡著實吃盡苦頭。
前晚徹夜難眠,索性先開車去會場睡,半夢半醒不知有沒有睡到1小時,還好體力尚能支撐完賽。起跑很順,生平第一次直上風櫃嘴都沒步兵,以前都會走1.2次緩和呼吸,可能是氣溫低比較省體力吧🧐
一過了風櫃嘴馬上吹起大風,下起冰雨(心裡跟著唱),立馬拿出風衣穿上,不然可能會冷到失溫吧我猜....先前還想要改最遠的63K,如今回想真是不自量力😑
