| 初馬初試啼聲,在前幾個月跑量都沒過150,
跑起來膽戰心驚,還好有吳大嫂跟吳大哥的
鼓勵,還有前兩個月兩次跑山跟一次LSD的
經驗按照之前跑30的配速,32公里在3小時
就完成了,沒想到正是地獄的來臨,訓練不夠
真的騙不了人,為了不要重蹈萬金石的覆轍,
我就開始步兵跑跑走走,又加上29度的大太陽,
真的很想快跑完,但大腿一經不聽使喚了,感謝
趙哥、軍師、飛賽前的鼓勵還有加油團潘、丹尼
、吳大嫂的打氣才能順利完賽,能跟黑白走這個
大家庭一起跑真的很開心,這次成績以我這種訓
練量我已經很滿意了,重點是無傷無痛完賽,量
力而為我也在這場賽事學到了,不多說還是要練
啊~
PS.好多大哥喝起酒來也和跑馬一樣豪邁!
