最近2場小腿都會抽筋,20.5K右小腿就開始抽起筋來...
後半段只好試抽筋與拉筋的對抗賽.....
小腿跟腳底板不夠強壯35K痛的只好當步兵.....
37K左腳膝蓋外側十字韌帶有點抽痛..只好繼續步兵到39K....
進市區就好了一點..前面4K步兵..儲存了點能量.繼續撐下去....
