上半場的速度控制的還好,第一個陡坡也還能用跑的上去。第二個陡坡就真的沒辦法了。過了26K,腳有點抽筋的現象,開始走走跑跑。這一走,後面快抽筋的現象就愈來愈嚴重。成績不如預期....。看來山路還是要加強練習。
