75場大小事之第11場一路都很擠的全馬@@
也是今年最後一場賽事
【2014-12-21 臺北馬拉松】
十個月沒跑全馬了……就是覺得好漫長呀!XD
今天只要求不要太累、不要受傷就好,1/18我還想跟著文杰組長&飛飛去開心爬大雪山呢!
其中真的很感謝淡慢這大家庭無私的指導
但十一月中開始因個人情緒不佳放棄訓練(勉強練下去鐵定受傷),這幾週也只有偶爾輕鬆跑,沒心做LSD,而今天賽中狀況連連,還能跑這樣算過得去啦!
這場賽事人數爆多,賽前暖身完想再去排個廁所都是個問題,所以9km跑去小解一下,到了30km前突然腸胃又不適(可能是吃了眾跑友手抓過的鹽巴),幸好很快就到水站,有流動廁所@@……一路上也一直覺得鞋子裡有異物還停下來兩腳都脫下來倒一倒……噗!
每一站都停下來喝個水才安心……有那麼渴嗎?XD
剩下兩公里雙腳好酸(沒練的報應XD),散步得很開心,最後一公里超開心的慢慢進終點…呼!
