昨天在朋友家吃烤鴨, 似乎吃了太多三杯鴨, 今早起床水腫了, 跑起來全身的感覺不太對, 很慢的跑著找體感, 撐完40分鐘的輕鬆跑, 加速跑時體感就還可以;在訓練期, 下次還是別吃太多會造成負擔的食物
