| 元旦日別人還在歐歐綑,玉米一大早就到三峽大阪根溫泉渡假村停車場集合,參加古大哥團隊辦的自助超馬,這是我第二次參加,本次報名費共800元,到現場憑健保卡退500元,實際只花了300元,就跑了一場超馬,人數少加上有專人攝影,費用真的超級親民的。
今天的路線是來回跑2趟,但是今天邀瘦冷,邊跑邊流鼻涕,第一趟跑的很順,第二趟就很慘,到折返點前幾K,鐵腿完全跑不動,嘗到了久違的定竿,也在這時,啟動了走跑模式,一路痛苦的撐到折返點的補給站,做了第一次的休息,簡單的小拉筋補給拍照後,就選擇鐵腿跑下山去,結果悲劇就發生了,回程總共被刷了5次卡,但是偶都沒拿到$$$..>.<
總結本次山路馬,只能說自己訓練不足,第二趟比第一趟慢30分鐘,掉速掉很大,套一句馬場前輩說的話,超馬比的是誰撐的久,關鍵在於後段的持續力,只能在多練練囉
